MetaSpa in Hangzhou Xixuan Hotel is one of the best places for relaxing in town. Located in the underground of hotel, covers the area of 2500 m2, with simple but pure design. MetaSpa becomes a top international beauty salon.

Recently, MetaSpa introduces two special programs, which are “Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Massage” and “Detoxification Spa”. I chose the 90-minute Chinese massage and wish it could refresh my body and restore the inner power.

This therapy is inspired by The Medical Classic of the Yellow Emperor and Chinese ancient massage skills. The whole therapy starts with a 20-minute foot both. Warm water helps the body to regain energy and eject humidity outside.

Following by is a 70-minute health massage. The electronic massage bed surprises me firstly by its smart adjustment of the curve degree, width and etc. I did several movements with the therapist’s instructions. During the process, I can feel the dirt inside my body is dying out gradually. The whole process is called “Smoothing Body”.

After the massage, the body is reborn and gets the best state back. This magic trip is really unforgettable.

夏日里，一段恬静的时光是每个人的心中所期。位于杭州西轩酒店的MetaSpa，即是这样一处所在。作为现代艺术精品酒店，西轩凭借气势恢宏、设计精妙的心灵图书馆而成为杭州城内最文艺的场景之一。MetaSpa就位于酒店的底下楼层，拥有2500平米的超大体量，简洁素雅的设计，传达出尊贵的审美，成为国际级的美疗与康健之所。

在各种水元素装饰的指引下，乘坐电梯徐徐而下，心灵也随之沉静下来，接待人员轻声细语地给予指引与咨询，让人倍感舒适。近期，MetaSpa正在推介“传统中医经络理疗”和“夏季顶级排毒Spa”，因此选了90分钟的中医理疗，希望能够重启自我的能量。

此疗程灵感来自于《皇帝内经》的养生智慧，借鉴中国古老的经络导引和按摩的养生术，实现“通则不痛”的功效。疗程从20分钟的足部浸浴开始，温热的水为身体添加能量，至微微出汗，以达到去除体内湿气的效果。

随后是70分钟的经络理疗按摩。这里需要赞一下MetaSpa可自由调节高低、长宽甚至曲度的特质按摩床，整个调节过程由电动完成，简便而高效。理疗师先让我盘膝而坐，将精油滴落掌心，并置于鼻底闻吸，配合鼻吸口吐的腹式呼吸方式进行吐纳。随后仰卧于按摩床上，伴随着理疗师从腹部推向上身的手势，吐出体内的浑浊之气，减少郁结，整个过程称之为“导气引体”。随后从胸腹开始，再及至四肢，进行导引疏通的按摩，以修复经络，使脏腑得以儒养。翻过身后，理疗师将姜片敷贴在背上，被用热敷袋强化去湿去寒，感觉辣辣的非常解乏。

整个疗程下来，感觉身体的经络被完全疏通了，体内平衡得以恢复，达到放松和养生的双重效果。难忘这次极致的身心谐美之旅。
