And people are also in desperate need of ways to hold out through blazing hotness. Simple approaches are there to make this summer super cool if we make some simple heart searching and open up sensations, by letting in what the hot season has in store for you!

Reading a Book
If you remember that ‘So long as one keeps calm, one doesn’t feel the heat too much’, you’ll feel at ease out of going nuts in summer. Reading can be the perfect practice in summer of keeping the peace of mind. All you have to do is lock yourself inside the air-conditioned and make yourself a cup of tea, then start reading which may possibly take you to the Acardia. We prefer old and interesting books such as < The Story of Insects in Tokyo >, which draws outline of the entomic scene in Tokyo dating back to the 1950s, which makes readers nostalgic to recall what’s universal in childhood.
心静自然凉，是最适合消夏的一句箴言；而阅读，便是让内心宁静的简单方法。在空调房中躲过烈日的侵灼，一杯清茶，打开扉页，试着忘却纷扰。夏天读的书，读起来不需要太大的压力，让人欣慰便好：记得一本老书，日本作家泉麻人的《东京昆虫物语》，大抵讲述了五六十年代活跃在东京都古朴的街头巷尾的各色昆虫，带着一颗童年的心情，去回忆夏虫鸣叫曾带来过的乐趣，怀旧中，很是符合夏日的心境。
