The most important thing for a good team is not the abilities of employees, is one spirit in all members. As the Chinese saying goes, people cooperates because of the same target. Members are required to know their unique position and responsibilities in the team.

有相互的技能展示
每位成员通过自身技能的优势发挥,加上与其他成员的技能互补,能够达到完成任务过程中的最高效率。

能体现成员间的相互信任
相互信任是一个成功团队最显著的特征。只有当团队成员之间有着不可置疑的信任度,团队才能够摒除相互猜忌。

能产生良好的沟通
团队成员间拥有畅通的信息交流,才会使成员的情感得到交流,才能协调成员的行为,使团队形成凝聚力和战斗力。

团队建设并非一次简单的公司福利,如果只是集体聚餐、集体唱K、集体出游,流于形式,无法做到真正意义上的团队建设,往往花了大价钱却没有实际效果。选择一个可行的方案,将公司需要传递的价值观和问题统统融入进去,才是有效的团队建设。
