1. 从您的简历当中我们得知你的酒店事业是从餐饮起步的，这么多年过去，酒店的餐饮发生了巨大的变化。请您给我们分享一下在您眼中有哪些变化，您认为未来的趋势又是怎么样的呢？

We can see from your resume that your hospitality career started with F&B, many years have passed and business now are different with that time. Can you please share with us about the changes you see and trends in the days to come?

近几年酒店的餐饮业的确发生了巨大的变化，一个最主要、全民皆能感受到的就是酒店的餐饮更平民化，更接地气了。十几年前，酒店里出入的大多是外籍人士、大佬和公司高管一类的，普通人一般是不会去的。近几年，平民风在酒店中悄然盛行，无论是食品的口味、样式还是价格都是大众可以接受的。

我认为平民路线继续将是未来的一种发展趋势，酒店的常客将是我们身边的你我他。

Hotel’s Food &Beverage has indeed undergone tremendous changes in recent years. A major change is more civilians and easier to be accepted by the common people. More than ten years ago, the hotel was always visited by the foreigners, chiefs and business executives’ class. Ordinary people do not normally go. But recently years, civilian air is quietly popular in the hotel, whether the food taste, style or the price are all accepted by the public.

I believe that the civilian route will be the trend continually in the future. The regulars of hotels will be around you and me.

First of all, Sheraton Harbin Xiangfang Hotel is located in Enotime Commercial Center, Xiangfang District, Harbin. Convenient location, the central area of brand new CBD which set culture and leisure, shopping malls, office buildings and high-end apartments as the main. Our guests can enjoy the all-seasonal facilities, which is the first choice for business, meeting, leisure and travelling.

For guestrooms, 400 spacious guestrooms range from 45 m², equipped with unique Sheraton Sweet sleeper bed, free high-speed internet. 247 twin bed guestrooms can satisfy the needs of all kinds of group and meetings.

For Food & Beverage, in one word is appealing to all. From local Harbin dishes to Cantonese dim sum,to the Russian style food. We hope in the near future we are able to bring our guests a real feast.

For meeting facilities, the largest banquet site in northeast China with 20,000 m² meeting space and accommodate for 5000 pax. It is worth mentioning that the Ballrooms are the only ones in Harbin with car taking elevator. The two ballrooms are 2400 m² and 1800m² respectively, equipped with 96m² high definitions LED screen.

3. 作为业主代表以及酒店的副总经理，您在酒店筹备期就参与进来了，对于那些为了酒店开业而奋战在前线的所有同事们，您有什么相对他们说的？

As owner representative and Deputy General Manager, you were joining into the hotel when pre-opening there must be a lot that you want to say to your colleagues who are fighting at the front line. Tell us something about it.

我于2014年9月就加入到了酒店开业筹备的工作中，从最初的三两张办公桌，到现在近300人的团队，看着酒店的队伍一天天壮大着，我无比激动。即使在如此炎热的环境下，也阻挡不了全体员工的工作热情和积极态度。在这里我代表业主方永泰集团感谢大家的辛勤付出和汗水，相信我们一定会给冰城人民带来全新的酒店体验和服务。

若干年后，哈尔滨香坊永泰喜来登酒店扬名海外之时，我们都会会心的一笑，因为我们知道那里有我们曾经奋斗的身影。

I have joined this hotel to the pre-opening team since September 2014.  It’s my pleasure to witness the team growing day by day, from two or three desks to more than 400 staffs at present. Although we have suffered the hot weather right now, it still can stop the enthusiasm and active of all the staffs. Here I want to express my appreciation on behalf of the owner, Enotime Group for all of your hard working and sweat.

Several years later, when Sheraton Harbin Xiangfang Hotel makes the reputation abroad, we will be smiling to each other, because we know we have struggled there.
