Reading a Book
If you remember that ‘So long as one keeps calm, one doesn’t feel the heat too much’, you’ll feel at ease out of going nuts in summer. Reading can be the perfect practice in summer of keeping the peace of mind. All you have to do is lock yourself inside the air-conditioned and make yourself a cup of tea, then start reading which may possibly take you to the Acardia. We prefer old and interesting books such as < The Story of Insects in Tokyo >, which draws outline of the entomic scene in Tokyo dating back to the 1950s, which makes readers nostalgic to recall what’s universal in childhood.

Enjoying a Spa
Refreshing with water is always a good idea speaking of heating summer, doing SPA of which, would definitely be well accepted and taken in the options. SPA originally in Latin means Healthy Water. And it is at first to be accompanied with mineral aqua treatments. Nowadays thousands of kinds of SPAs are developed from aroma therapy to fruit SPA, and from red wine to flowers… But the fundaments of choosing great SPA hasn’t really changed much, the rules of which are strict indeed. The best SPA should be as natural as possible in its environment setting. And the masseur or therapist should never talk with the customers and only communicate with silence and tacitness, thus representing the spirit harmony between men and nature during the therapy.

Taking a Sunbath
And for all those who can’t calm down with the heat in summer, here is the last advice: embrace it, by going somewhere even hotter, such as the sunny beaches and islands where you can enjoy a sun tanned week with simply a pair of Havaianas. Pack yourself up and book for the superb flight and resorts where you can enjoy everything above with room services! And one thing worthy of the mention is that on islands such as Bali or Boracay, it is even cooler and dryer in summer after the rainy season. Put your cellphone aside, actually forget about it and bring back yourself after the vacation with the perfectly tanned skin, you’ll just make your fellows envy!
