上海波特曼丽思卡尔顿酒店将在全新揭幕的一楼丽嘉阁推出传统下午茶。由行政总厨布拉 德利及甜品主厨杨伟联袂打造传奇体验：秉承三层下午茶传统，融入了法国堡林爵香槟及法芙娜巧克力等实力产品元素，并以创新的三道式服务，由延续夜上海风格的绅士淑女们奉上。
在丽嘉阁体验全新下午茶，经典的三层下午茶结合创新的三道式服务概念将满足你对奢华下午茶的全部幻想。双人下午茶为每套人民币 688 元 +15% 服务费。
The Portman Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai redefines the traditional afternoon tea experience at The Ritz Bar & Lounge. Presented by Executive Sous Chef Bradley together with Pastry Chef Harry, the culinary team aims to elevate the tea experience for guests with premium ingredients, enhanced by leading brands such as Bollinger and Valrhona. Presented in three courses, succulent Canadian oysters and Bollinger champagne will be served in the rst course to whet the appetite.
As a special treat, Valrhona chocolate truf es are also thoughtfully prepared for guests to take home.
The Afternoon tea set is available from 2:30pm to 5:30pm daily at RMB688+15% service for two persons.
